About
One continent. One system. Every stage.
Two hundred million years ago every continent was one: Pangea. What looks separate today was once a single piece of land. Real estate works the same way.
Why the name
Separate businesses, one asset.
Land, capital, design, construction, operations and people look like separate businesses, handled by separate specialists who each see one stage and hand the risk to the next.
We see one system. A decision made at acquisition shows up years later in the operating budget. An assumption skipped in underwriting becomes a problem in construction. So we stay with the asset from raw land to what it could be, to what it actually becomes, to how it is managed and what comes next.
That is Pangea: every stage of real estate, every asset type, in more than one country, understood as one whole.
The symbol
Inspired by the Burj Khalifa.
The tower stands because its wings brace a central core, and each part lets the others rise higher. Pangea works the same way: separate disciplines bracing one investment.
What was refined
From a drawing to artwork.
- 01Both halves match, mirrored to exact symmetry.
- 02One clean tip. The centre split eases in just below it.
- 03Even line weight. Inner lines hold one width and taper to fine points.
- 04Smooth edges. Rough marks near the wing tips removed.
- 05Vector artwork that stays sharp from favicon to building sign.
